Regarding O General AC product

Dear Sir/ ma'am

I purchased an Air conditioner on 06-05-2022 from Vijay Sales, Kohat Enclave. After a few days it stopped working properly, When I switched on the AC it started but after 15 -20 minutes it stopped cooling. So many times I tried to call your customer care on this number 1860 2081 007. 044 43402345-46 which is available on google but all the time it says it's invalid. I'm helpless. So, here are the details about the product Model No. GENERAL AC ASGA18CLWA-B(3 STAR INV) 1.5 TONN SPL
I would like to lodge a complaint against this AC, I want you to replace this product asap and send your technician for the same.
I am attaching a bill copy for your reference.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest as you know how hot the weather is. I'm actually regretting why I bought O General AC because I'm not getting any proper services.
