not respond on return the item

I order one lahnga to ethenicroop order no 108481.

I want return the item. The item have not good quality as well not look like the pitcure.

Kindly cancel the same and transfer the amount to my account

I send mail to the comapny as well call them several time but they not repond on may call and mail.

Kindly help in this matter and help refund my amoun.
