Not getting free services from Propello

Dear Sir,

Please be informed that I purchased a Propello (Model : Spring) water purifier on 23.05.2021 from an authorised dealer named Royal Consumer (Barrackpore). I was told that I will get 4 absolute free services within one year from the company and I will be intimated about those free services from customer care itself from time to time but unfortunately I am opted only 2 free services as I did not received any intimation or reminder call from the company regarding the services from time to time.

Now, the fact is that when I called Propello customer care 18001210600 to avail the free service of my water purifier, they rejected my request stating that the service warranty of my model is over. My question is that is it possible for every customer to remember the last service date , purchased date etc? Brands like Propello don't have any responsibility to remind their customers about their free serving dates from time to time?

Therefore, It's my earnest request to kindly highlight this matter in your esteemed column so that I could avail the last free service from the company soon.
