No basic manners and cheated for the nail art service, Selfie unisex Salon, Kamna Joshi

This is regarding how Ms Kamna Joshi and one of her staff Swati cheated me as part of a nail art service. I had taken a service of nail art which requires a uv/led machine which is usually done on artificial nails. Ms. Swati who was in charge of the service lured me into getting the nail art service by mentioning that it will be easy to remove and will not be a problem in the future. Even after four months, I was not able to remove this using the nail Polish remover. After going to the same place after four months they are charging me separetely for nail Polish removal as well. It was clearly mentioned by Ms. Swati that there will be no separate charges involved. This amounts to cheating by selfie unisex salon. When I talked to Ms. Kamna Joshi she shouted and talked to me very cheaply which me as a consumer should never face. Please see to it that this is done
