Taken Money in Advance for Wedding Shoot but didnt provide Album till date since 2016

Mr. Manish Bhatnagar (9926402009) , a reputed photographer in dewas as well as sales tax officer in Indore is cheating customers by taking money in advance against their wedding / birthday / model photo shoots

He tries to take money in advance more then 90% by emotionalism customers for his family issues when clients give money, he started blocking clients no. Or do not pick their phones

I am 1 of the client trap by Mr. Manish bhatnagar,

I have made contract for rs. 95000.00

Given advance 80000.00 now he is not picking up my phone tried several times.

Wedding shoot was done in Dec 2016.

It's March 2018

Initially he was picking up call and saying Will deliver in 2 or 3 months

But after 8 months is has stopped picking up phone calls also...
