Dear NHAI,

Please Help to resolve public issue on NH31. People are facing too much problem by illegal speed barkers construed on NH31. 21 Speed breakers in just 18 KM, and too much Potholes in Road also. Road location Ghazipur - Hajipur Rd, Masoom Ganj, Chhapra, Bihar 841301 to Manjhi-Dumri-Tajpur Rd, Fatehpur, Bihar 841313. People are illegale Encroachment the both side of road in Rivilganj and Encroachment by Manjhi police station also on one side of road by parking the accidental vehicle
