It is observed that many occasions that Mira road to Thane route bus is not running up to Thane station & getting diverted to Anand Nagar bus depot especially during night time.
Driver & conductors are deciding to run only up Anand Nagar bus depot stating reason of Traffic jam.
This type of wrong practice are observed many occasions.
Authorities can verify by checking ticket collection. Request to stop this type of wrong practice.
