Hi Team,

I faced fraud from Oyo twice in 24hrs.


1. I booked 3 rooms with hotel Dwarka Inn, Nagpur listed on OYO and paid 2760₹ online.
When I called hotel they asked to cancel the booking as they are not accepting online payment and they have ended contract with OYO.
So I cancelled the booking and I was informed I will get the refund in 7-14 days.

2. So disappointed I searched for better hotel and booked another hotel Prithvi Inn, Nagpur via. OYO and booked 5 rooms and payed 4740₹ online. Again after calling hotel they asked me to cancel the booking as they are not accepting online payment and OYO is not giving them their share.

So around my 7500₹ are with OYO which they are going to refund in 14days. Means they are doing fraud, Harrassing customer and enjoying interest on customers money.

There is marriage in my house and that money they looted is really important.
So please help ASAP.
