Fault in vehicle

I bought hero duet 2wheeler in October 2018. My father bought me this from loan.As a middle class family to afford this much amount is very very difficult for us. But since my father bought this for me is the reason is I joined a new company which is within 2kms. I didn't travel too much in this vehicle. But how comes the fault

Faults I faced:

Within 2month my battery is completely damaged don't know how. Went for service and he charged us 600 to change the battery

Within 6 months my 2 wheeler colour completely faded.

Within 8 months spare parts started to damage

For the last 4 months we are facing problem with fuel opener

We cannot afford this much of problems with the vehicle

Sometimes my 2 wheeler stops itself too

Don't know what to do.
Please consider my complaint and verify it
