Fake Promises & Froad Deals

This complaint is regarding my full amount refund request to the company authorities because they made Fake Promises & Froad Deals with me when i argue on this they accepted their mistake and agreed to refund over their official email but after that they started linger on the issue instead of refund my heard earned money.

Issue explained :
As Mr.Ankit Shukla (Sale Manager) sold me Dubai package with wrong promises and commitments.
While signing and finalizing the package with advance Rs.500, Ankit told me about the one year package services offered by the company such as Hotel stay for 6 Nights 7 days including all Site activities (he named Desert safari, Burj Khalifa tickets, ferrari world etc..) and morning breakfast, these offers fascinated me and i booked it and i also promised him to pay rest Rs.32000 for one year package validity within a week (I also mentioned to upgrade this plan to 5 years). He also guided that Lunch, Dinner, visa , Air tickets will be excluded from the package. After that I made the payment on 22/10/2019 And transaction ID is 386xxxxx63x. After making the payments and submition of documentation, while planning the trip to Dubai from 4th December to 9th December I got to know that that site activites services are not offered by their company, (company covers only hotel booking and stay but not any type of site visits or activities). Then I realize about miss-selling done by Ankit Shukla to me.
Therefore due to above genuine reasons i requested to the Wonderland authorities to refund my amount as soon as possible so that i can plan my trip to Dubai. But they said to me that my refund request has been approved and shared this with me over the email. After that day i am continuously calling and writing emails to them but no one is replying. today is 10th Feb 2020 i am still waiting for refund.
