Big bazaar Complaint Missing barcode items in the store.

I am Prabhdeep Singh from Amritsar, Punjab. Today I went to shopping at Big Bazaar store Trillium Mall, Amritsar. We purchased a plastic cloth drying stand but couldn’t pay for the item. The reason behind was the “missing barcode”. None of the similar item got the barcode to scan. They have no manager on duty to get the barcode and resolve the issue. I was very disappointed with the customer service. I don’t know if Big Bazaar have any policy of selling missing barcode item, but we have to leave the store without getting the item just due to missing barcode. Salesman Gurdev singh was attending me at the cash counter. They didn’t speak the manager’s name. Nothing was looking professional. Please contact me for any further clarification.
