We have complaint about slow wifi service, around 0.2 to 0.5 mbps of net in plan of 50 mbps
We have prepaid plan of 50mbps and we are receiving only around 0.2 to 0.5 mbps from last two months
When we complaint them they said problem will be resolved in 24 hours but not received any effective solution.
our last complaint no was 21052023B862313 which they have closed without any solution.
We have registered aroun 30 complaint in last two months. But haven't got any effective solution
Requesting you to take strict action against them.
