Respected sir,
I Sri. A Parmeshwar Rao, I am working in Mahabubnagar, Doctor advised to do Calcium, Phosphorus, Vitamin D total, Parathyroid Harmone and HbSAg test all the way I am coming from Mahabubnagar for above tests because of yours is reputed Diagnostic Center, After giving blood samples, in the evening I got reports message in my mobile and the same reports forwarded to Doctor. Doctor scolded me who advised to do HbA1c. I ran to your Vijaya Diagnostics, Gandhi Nagar branch i enquired about the incident but they denied me that we don't know, the morning shift people done the mistake. If you want the test you have to pay the amount than I paid the amount and given blood sample for HbSAg.
This is ridiculous your staff done the blunder and we have to suffer and this is not acceptable . Please refund my amount or otherwise I will take action.
Yours is the reputed Diagnostic Center in Telangana and this type of errors will damge your image. I request you to appoint trained staff only.
Sir for your ready reference i am enclosing the Doctor prescription and your bills also.
Please do the needful at the earliest. I am waiting for your reply.
