Authentic Pest Control - Not providing extended service as per commitment

Dear Sir/Madam

We did pest control for bedbugs at our rented flat on 13/10/2018 from Authentic Pest Control and at that time they told us that they will do the pest control in free of cost for next 6 months if we find any traces of bedbugs.

Now we are trying to reach them on their phone/mobile numbers however no response from company and we are not seeing any office at Wakad area(As per attached receipt)

Could you please look into the matter and take a strict action against the company which will set a example for fraudulent
