Hello sir,

I am supplier and selling online product on Meesho. Meesho is an Indian social commerce platform founded by IIT Delhi graduates Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Barnwal in December 2015. I sent a product to customer on 16 June 2021 and it was returned on 8 July 2021 by ecom express private ltd. I Was Received Wrong Product and while I call to ecom customer care their is Nutan said that you get back the same product as you sent due to customer not available. Also meesho team said that That Customer Not Available So You Get Return The Same. I Have Question If Customer Not available to take my Product So Who Is Opened And Replaced Product? Might be Sure Courier Boy Open And Purchase New Bag And Put Customer Bill Copy.

Also for your information I am using secret identity while sending product for my safety. While received product bag was changed due to my identity was not found inside. Might be courier boy of ecom express will be changed. I want my product back or original amount of product.

I already request to meesho and ecom team but they are not providing solution. Please help me in this and resolve my complain.
