Worst possible behavior of service centre staff - Dizitek Service centre employees, (Phillips) Rohin

I want to report against the very rude, un-professional and unethical behavior of two employees who are sitting in this service centre. A male and female employee take care of complaints of this centre. Today, my parents went in to get my trimmer repaired and had to face a very rude behavior. Both the workers were very ignorant and almost made them stand for a simple task for more than 30 minutes. After ignoring my parents for such a long time, the guy just went in there to repair the device. And exactly, after just 1 minute, mind me, just 1 minute, he came back with the device repaired and charged them Rs.118. The money is not a matter here, there behavior is. A defective product can be repaired at any cost but a defective response is non repairable.
When I came back from office and got to know about the treatment they received, I was more than furious. I wanted to lodge a formal complaint against both of them. So I am writing to you, in this matter and I with utmost request, write you to take a very strict action against both of them.
I can't accept this fact that, Phillips being such a huge name, has such low level workers employed in its service centres.
Please don't let this case go off with any ease. I will go to more higher levels if required, just let me know.
