Both my wedding (18 Oct 2016) and engagement (20 Sep 2016) function was captured by matrimony photography team, after the end i got only 2 album 2 video coverage, wedding evening bride home video and photo are missing, they said they lost the same, I payed additional 5000 Rs for Evening event in bride home.Please find the attached Quote received, in that Blue Ray DVD also not received, I asked for the refund of 5000 and they said its not possible.If required i can share all proof mail communications etc for this case.
