Dear Sir,
I got Problem With My Popup Camera - That is Stucked many times and nowadays it shows an error message also that is : Camera not Pop Up, The Camera Motor Noise Also Hear abnormally. I just go Yesterday to the Vivo Service Center Calicut Named Hajin Trade India Private Limited. they people told me that will finish the work with in 1.5 hrs when i came early. I gone there early and give for service and wait till service done, after service i just asked them what is the problem they told me that the problem is related to your touch and display some dust found on display borders so we changed the display and touch (Replaced Part Name : Display Screen Assembly V15 Pro Ruby Red PDI832BF_EX(IN) (SH)). Then also I Found that my finger print is missing in phone storage... i cannot understand how it happened... because they people dint do any updation in softwares... both fingers deleted from settings... then i made phish thats why i checked for viruses then found 2 malicious apps... camera is not working properly till the time same issue persist... may i know why those people do this for customers...??? Reply Me Urgently... Iam going legaly and go to media related to this issue with service jobsheet and all...I think They peoploe cheat Vivo Company also realted to warranty product collect and give the new product to new paid customer and collect the money...
