My dad purchased a ph from amazon on 13 dec 2019 Vivi Y91i n its suddenly stopped working since march. He is without handset sicne that time. He is an old man without ph. Service center people are not answering the call. Need assistance I want him to get the handset replaced by VIVO at no cost
