REGRET TO INFORM-Ihad given my Philips Simply silent 600W mixer for change of 2 couplers(one of chutney jar & one of the mixer.Rs 120.+ Rs100 for servicing)only on 20/10/18 to PHILIPS authorised service station.The mixer motor was in very powerful & in good condition.I got back my PHILIPS mixer in a very bad state with faulty motor.The mixer is tripping without any load. they have replaced motor & damaged PHILIPS mixer.SHAME UPON PHILIPS SERVICE STATION.The mixer is packed with cockroches from the work shop.
