Service centre not provided Invoice and harassing with the post service

A call RNP191003027122 was lodged from my registered mobile number 9431756577. A gentle man from LG side (Mr Sahid mob no 7541810213) called me and came for the service. He changed a card and took the money for the card and the service without providing me the invoice. The same problem repeated within 2 days. I tried to trace the person. He went on saying that " within 1 hour I am coming ".and for 4 days he did not come. THe call records are available with me.
Next complaint was lodged . After that 15 days has passed the machine has not been repaired.
We have a child and my old parents in my house . It is creating a lot of problem for me and my parents.
Need immediate remedial for the same.
