Hello, my name is gaurav grover and i am from sirsa but staying at gurugram as i am doing job here.
i have a samsung j8 phone and i got issue in mic and speaker so i visited samsung service centre sirsa on 6th or 7th nov. for the repairing as my phone was in warrenty period and they asked me for 2 days for the repairing of phone but they didn't do their work as mic and receiver was not available there.
i asked them to pack my phone because i had to leave for gurugram for my job.
my concern is they didn't pack that properly, there is not a single screw in the phone and this is the reason my screen also got blank and i asked the samsung care to take care of it but rthe sirsa service centre is lying that he screwed my phone properly but they're not ready to show me the vide where they did pack my phone and customer care is also not helping me in this matter. i am all alone. i hope you would help me out with this.
