Regarding making of washing machine which is not functioning

I have given advance of rs 1000 one thousand to service centre in December and they have told to repair the parts after 7 days but it is about 60 days to go but no any person came to repair it.
When we talk to the care whatsaap the details they only says to come and repair but still issue is not resolved .
I m facing a lot of problems due to it kindly resolved this as soon as possible.
