I had submitted my gionee A1 handset on 2nd Nov-2017 at Gionee Service Center, Noida. My Job number is GC17B00008612. They gave me maximum time of one week but still they are not sure when the part is available and gave me time period of 10 more days. See its very urgent for me as i am leaving the city. Please look into this matter and reply as soon as possible. Why they take the mobile if they are not sure whether the part is available or not.
