It is submitted that a complaint about malfunctioning of a SAMSUNG Washing Machine was lodged with SAMSUNG Call Centre on 09 May 19.
The Service Order No 4282389110 was assigned to Mr JASVEER. The person has been called many times but is delaying the work by giving excuses.
It has been more than 24 hrs but the service engineer has NOT turned up.
