non verification of HSRP of car

i had affixed HSRP on my alto k10 car having regd no PB45A3073 on nov1,2019 but till date they had not send verification to SDM Talwandi sabo ,Bathinda 151302.they are demanding bribe bribe for the same so due to this my RC printing is pending.plz solve this.
