Misguiding sales activities

Misguiding to the customer and taking higher charges on the name of Motherboard Issue.
On 09 November 2020 i went to Xiaomi(mi.com) service center (Address- Yashwant Plaza Indore M.P. PIN Code 452001) for having solution regarding the problem i am facing in my xiaomi note 9 mobile phone.
executive checked my phone and told me that the "Phone's side Key is not working properly", we have to change it and for that you have to pay 530 rs. in online mode. I agreed to change this side key and executive told me to collect the mobile phone after 1 hour,15 minutes after leaving service center they called me and said that your mobile phones "motherboard is not working if you want to change it you have to pay 6641 rs." In between they format my mobile phone and erased all data from my mobile.
i asked them to return my mobile phone as the charges to repair was very high and i find iot unaffordable to get it repair for now in such a high cost.
after all this happend i went to a local mobile repairing shop where they changed Mobile Side key and said motherboard is working properly. for that i paid only 500 rs. to them.
I also paid 118 rs to service center on the name of service charge while my problem remained same.
Please take action to stop these misguiding sales activity which they are using to make money.
At 10 November 2020 i again visited Xiaomi mobile service center to ask about data recovery then they told me we discuss data format to every client and we mention this data format or wipe data condition to our notice board while i saw all notice board and capture all images there was no such warning regarding data format.
I am too much harassed in this process.
