No response from Faber for repair work from 3 months

Hi,

We bought a 4 gas burner cooktop from Faber this december. From March 2 burners not working and hence we put a complaint through Faber toll free no: and inspite of repeated calls to them there is no response from them either through mail or call.
Our Service call has been registered vide IND1903200008, secret code 772.
Request your help in getting our request addressed asap.
