Dear Sir,
My name is Zahoor Ahmad Lone from Baramulla (Kashmir). it's very unfortunate to write here that I am highly and totally disappointed with your service. Two months ago I bought a 60 ltr geyser (Jaguar) from the market but unfortunately it takes more than 8 hours to make water completely hot or simply it takes 8 hours for cut off. I called the service man and he came twice to check the geyser and he too found some problem with the geyser. He immediately made a phone call to Branch Head Services Kashmir (Mr. Inayat) for which he said we will solve the problem in a couple of days. He even told him that this geyser should be replaced with a new one or the money should be refunded. I was waiting for two days but unfortunately my problem was not solved. After couple of days I directly called Mr. Inayat ( Branch Head Services Kashmir ) regarding my problem and you will be shocked to know his reply. He said I can do nothing about it or do you want me to bring hot water for you from my home ? I was shocked to hear this reply from your side. Is it really the way you handle your valuable customers ? is it the way that a big company like Jaguar should respond to their customers ?
I am very disappointed with your services and I want you to take away the geyser as soon as possible and refund my money back.Hope to get a positive reply from your side very soon.
