Installation voltas AC issue, I purchased a Voltas window ac from flipkart.

I purchased a Voltas window ac from flipkart. Even after 2 days of delivery and several reminders ,no one contacted for installation service.when called Voltas they said the case has been forwarded to their partner R R Aircon. But R R Aircon not not picking up any call. Only one thing I can say, TaTa VOlTAS service sucks ...
