we purchased two AC s of IFB two years back. unfortunately one AC become complaint due to poor cooling because of gas leakage .Gas leakage complaint occured two times but due to poor service the poor cooling continues .when the matter informed your service centre in Thiruvalla,Alappuzha ,the service person one Mr. Abhilash abused me today with bad language which is absolutely shocking for me and hence i am thinking of lodging complaint with police tommorrow.I request you to spare the service of a competent technician to rectify the cooling issue as soon as possible
