Extreme Leeco delay in repair of device under warranty

On 27 dec 2016 I submitted my cellphone for repairing touch as it was not working they resolved it and returned it to me in approx a week but it was having a dull display problem i again visted the service centre(shree shrada service centre santacruz mumbai)they were refusing to take it back then after lots of argument they agreed to take it back on 13 jan 2017 the mechanic said that its a motherboard problem and they said it will be done in 2 weeks but now it more than a month passed no response from them i daily call them but they always say parts Haven't recieved yet.please do help i am facing a lot of problem due to this.. please help
