My current complaint No. is 3173955 dated 28th Jan 2017 with Epson Service Centre.
I have purchased Epson L805 Printer dated 21st Sept 2016 and it's still under warranty period. From purchase date i have came across many problems like spreading of Ink,few lines occur while printing etc. I have complained nearly 12 to 15 times to the service centre but they are very very slow to give the response .
Service centre people have visited & repaired but that's only for temporary period, the problem occurs every now & then. Seriously after many complaints your enginers first confirm that they will visit on so and so time but they fail to come. I need my printer to be replaced or i will proceed for complaint in consumer court.I need your response immediately.
