I contacted customer support since there was a connectivity issue between AC & remote. However, the remote was working fine with other AC models. Technician visited & charged 6500/- along with his service charge of 350/-. Moreover, didn't provide any bill..said..will receive soft copy through SMS..till date.. didn't get the same.
