Delaying service/ service call centre no responsive

I have submitted my new one plus device for repairing purpose as there is an issue with software till today I have not received any call from store what are the issues going on with the phone. I have also given a call at one plus call centre no one is that educated to resolve the query and disconnecting the call from their end by placing on hold. Their are many more reason
