Dear sir,
On 21st sept i submitted my phn for repairing to the service centre of neem ka thana(rajasthan), on that day they told that it is under warranty and covered into it but they cancelled my request without my knowledge and today they told me that i have to pay for my repairing. Reason they told me is that my phone’s battery is not matching by the system,i told him that before 10 days i i repalce my board due to any mistake from sikar service centre and they changed the battery but today the triveni mobile owner Mr.Ravinder saini told me that it is out of warranty due to the battery not matching from system i told him to contact the sikar service centre but he denied and told me to pay rs.17k approx as he declared my phn out of warranty.
But i told him that you gave me the jobsheet under full warranty on 21st sept than why should you cancell that than he have no answer.
