Dear Sir,
I am Deepak Raghav from Jaipur , Rajasthan. Sir, I own a Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS Bike and recently I went to Rambagh Bajaj service station on 19-May-2018 which is the authorized service centre of Bajaj auto limited to rectify the problem in my bike. The service center personnel changed a part named as Assly lever comp change gear whose part code 52JL0420 and charged more than the printed MRP on the box. When I asked about charging more than the MRP they told me that they will charge more than MRP only and also told me to do whatever I can do. I requested them many time that they can't charge more than the MRP but they didn't listen to me. Also they threatened me not to complaint it to govt officials. I also registered a complaint with Bajaj Auto Limited but no response has been came from their side. I request you to please look into the matter and take legal actions again the service center. I have full trust with the govt and I hope that action will be taken against the service station.
