Bill not given for repairing phone, lenovo service centre dissatisfied service

Today i went to lenovo service centre situated in the city Haldwani, Uttatakhand. My phone had some issue on the display so i wanted to get it fixed. It was fixed while i went to receive my phone back, however the staff there refused to give me any receipt for the payment of 4000 which I made. Moreover the second sim slot was not working which they have badly repaired.
This not only ends here the staff was insanely and indecently replying and talking. This was one of the worst behavior one human can suffer. All i want is receipt for the money taken by them or else return me my amount of Rs 4000.
I hope necessary steps will be taken soon.
