Based on website data and words of promise to render good service I appointed Universe Marriage ( Nati Imli Varanasi) Wedding Planner to serve me with Mehandi and wedding photography and videography of my marriage held on 24.4.2016 in Varanasi. Was shocked on the wedding day when they assigned a photographer with a very poor skill. A kid could click better photographs than the photographer he assigned my event that to for the cost of INR 30,000. As a photographer he was not able to click and suggest wedding poses. To add to the poor quality of the service, they did not gave us the backup of video of event of mehandi and Sangeet. On asking they replied, they have lost the backup and could not find it even after 2 months of the event. They provide very unprofessional service under fancy big name and website. Can anyone help me to claim my INR 10,000 paid to service provider in month of March & April 2016 as Advance or help me to get the backup atleast.
