I am nikhil kumar from patna.my ac is not working from 6th june 2017.i purchased it 15th may 2017.when i compalained about it to service center then technacian came for visit and then after informed me that pcb of machine has been damaged.he told me that it will be replaced till saturday else we will replace your machine on sunday.again,when i called to area manager of whirlpool patna then he informed me it is not possible of new pcb before monday.so, i told him to replace my machine then he started to scold me and used abusing words.i am very upset with service.i am from a middle class family.plz consider my problem and plz take any immidiate action.
