Air Cool Service center is not providing air conditioning service

Hello, myself bharat khairnar from dombivli. Last year I signed AMC contract with Air cool service center. But they didn't provide service to me. Since last 15 days i called them many time for ac servicing they give me appointment but they didn't send technician . And when I called them and asked about it. They didn't even reply to my called.
