TDS Level 3, Propello service is not providing properly

Sir/Madam,                      I am Santanu Chakraborty, on behalf of my mother Smt. Purnima Chakraborty of address- Laupala,Ward No-4, Subarnapur, Haringhata, Nadia, West Bengal, PIN- 741249, M- 8443870133, 9331906461,  am complaining you on behalf of my mother that I have bought the Propello water purifier on 04/08/2019 and I had opted for 3 years of AMC / maintenance and it was starting on and from 04/08/2019 to 04/08/2022. But recently after servicing a few days ago the TDS of water goes very down as 3 to 7 .  I bought a water purifier from you(Propello) except Aquaguard, Kent to get good service . But even after repeated calls and mails to propello's service people and office (on 20th June, 2022 and more) to Susanta Ghosh, Soumitra, who is the technician,  have not received any support or help from them and along with propello's office or company till now. I have also talked to customer care several times, but till now my problem is not solved even assured when phone call, and I have to buy drinking water from outside, company's water purifier is useless. I have a contract with Propello to supply me with good purified water for 3 years as AMC vide contract no is CHMC19200034, but they are breaking that contract. If the problem is not resolved within a day or two I will be forced to move to the proper court of Law and I will be forced to seek legal help and all liability including all costs will therefore fall on The Propello company.
