Complaint against Kent Ro Purifier for taken Charges and not informed side Filter

I have purchased KENT GRAND,on 27/10/19 but after a 9 months the water purifier has not work, we call customer care service and the technician mr Krishna yadav came and told Carbon filter and sediment filter is not working so they charge Rs 1000 and also advice to installed site Filter for Rs 1000.

When we purchased at that time no one inform about the side filter and they told 1 year warranty and 4 years free service.

Now only 9 months we are facing the problem of water filter and making unused charge if they told previously we never purchase this KENT product,

We send the mail to concerned authorities but they not answer my mail,

My complaint regarding for hide information they are not suggest side filter installation at the time of purchase product now technician has inform side filter not installed their forth water filler issue create this side filter costing is Rs 1000/-.

Why should I pay 1000 for side filter I have purchase this Kent Ro product Rs 15000/- if they told previously we never purchase this product,

So please installation of side filter any any other issue of free of cost,

I have all ready spend Rs 1000 for Carbon filter and sedimate filter they also returned be returned,
