From the purchaging date 7/9/2019 lg water purifier not working properly which is checked by mr. Rajkumar who working in service centre and told me give me 1 day but after 4 days one person call me i am area manager mr. Shrikant say i send techenecian but i say any types service not doing but in our absense forcely service the machine after this machine not working properly again i call him he say after 2 or 3 days it work properly again i call shrikant now he started cheating i feel then i talk with customer excutive supervisor varish he take 2 days. Again i call at that time costomer excutive supervisor geeta she conferencing with mr.shrikant at time he not agree with geeta and my openion i talk angrly due to my 9 and 5 years old daughtr's stomach become disorder after 1day mr. Shrikant came with three person all these talk in favour of cheating I say to them getout from my house i need not any advise from you i need new one because this machine not work properly from first day but boldly mr. Shrikant say you do any thing company not stop cheating niw what i do i also cerculate on social media but he say by this company not stop their activity which is done by all above lg employee while i am regular costomer of lg
