The village balcony in kamla nagar delhi is charging service charge and vat on service charge.

I denied to by service charge then they removed but didn't remove vat on sercie charge they explain vat on service charge is mandatory from govt.
If u don't want to pay service charge then its ok but u have to vat on service charge.
