Serving of Stale Salad on November 12, 2016

We have ordered a ASHOKA salad which was stale and not fresh. We argued with them and on our complain & argument we have been offered a new and better salad.

We request to take away the same as we want to leave the place asap. We have been given a salad full of SPINACH and some sauce only. On complain to the restaurant we have been requested to not to compliant as restaurant will issue a refund against same.

We have provided our details to refund the same.

Since November 12 till today we have followed up many times but restaurant didnt turn up and avoiding our calls.

Please help us to get the claim as following-up with them cause lots of waste of time and result in stress.
