Very poor service from restaurant staff. Dint clean the glasses before providing to customers

I have given order of rum & thums up, after order, waiter made a peg bug a glass of rum is not properly cleaned. Found some waste rice in it. Shown to manager but ignored, so please take request.

It's not matter about money. Restaurant manager refused to clean glass, again provided same glass . Please take appropriate action. It's not a matter about money. It's a careless things from staff.
