NON SERVING OF REGULAR WATER AND NON COMPLIANCE OF COVID NORMS

I Had gone with family for lunch at BAMBOOZ Lounge Bar Kalyan, I asked for regular drinking water upon which the waiter said that they dont serve regular drinking water, as the regular water is contaminated; only the bottled mineral water is available he also cited the reason of COVID pandemic for not serving regular water. I also enquired about the water filter so he said that they have not installed a water filter. I still insisted for regular drinking water, the waiter called the manager Mr Pradeep Rawat, who was very rude and manner less, I explained to him the its a Hon Supreme Court's ruling that makes it mandatory for all eateries to serve its patrons free drinking water. To which he said and i quote "I dont care what Supreme Court says, we make rules here"(this is clear contempt of the APEX Court).
The waiter brought Mineral water at the table with no seal intact, either he must had opened the bottle before bringing it to the table or the empty bottle was filled with tap water as it appeared suspicious.
Secondly the COVID norms are violated :
1) No temperature screening of patrons
2) they do not check the double vaccination certificate of the patrons
3) No clean water is available for drinking and for washing hands.
