This complaint is in regards to the harrasment we had yesterday in CCD,Park Street.
We ordered 2cappucino along with a brownie and two non veg sandwhiches.My Dad was having a sandwhich when suddenly he found a long hair which he swallowed more than half which was in the sandwhich itself.He tried pulling it out slowly but was unable too.He couldnt breathe properly and was having suffocation.
He was almost dying infront of my eyes I watched it in front of my eyes helplessly as the only option was to take out the hair.
Fortunately,the hair came out and he was relieved.
I charged the staffs they did apologize for it and did not charge anything for the bill.
The concern is why should I go to a posch coffee shop which charges for GST and other taxes and they mix up hair in the meal.
This is bull shit.Some steps are needed to be taken for sure without delay.
