A rounding off charge of Rs.5 was charged on a bill of Rs.1015. On further asking, the manager said that they do not have change and hence they are charging 5 rupees extra. Also they said that since they are not charging VAT, Service tax, it is okay for them to charge the same. After a brief discussion the manager started behaving badly and we had to leave the restaurant. We paid Rs. 1015 but the waiter gave back Rs. 5
